House of Lords Rejection of My Petition To Appeal
The House of Lords turned down my petition for leave to appeal on the grounds that it did not raise any errors of law that was of general public importance. Given we are talking about the inherent dishonesty of the NHS I am disappointed that their Lordships take this view. I am now considering if I can take my case to Europe.
