South West London Strategic Health Authority
Strategic Health Authorities are according to the NHS website are responsible for developing strategies for the local health services and ensuring high-quality performance. They manage the NHS locally and are a key link between the Department of Health and the NHS. In view of this when I was unfairly dismissed by St George's Healthcare I wrote to their Chairman and Chief Executive to complain about what had happened. In addition to not investigating my complaints in turned out that the South West London Strategic Health Authority had actually played a role in trying to ensure that I was dismissed.
