Don't Blow The Whistle
I am just on the point of concluding a deal for my book "Don't Blow The Whistle" to be published later in the year. Because of the large number of enquiries that I have received about the book, I have at the publishers suggestion opened an advanced subscription list. The book will retail at £9 plus £1.50p for postage and packing and will be an account of my own personal experiences of "Whistle blowing" and why I would now advise anyone at senior level in a public institution not to whistle blow. I will fearlessly lift the lid on just how the "establishment" reacts to whistleblowers and how it is almost impossible for a range of reasons to successfully fight a major public institution through the legal process. I will also let you in on the secrets of how the Board of a major NHS Teaching Hospital reacts to the political pressure that is applied to hospitals to the detriment of its patients best interests.
The Book will retail at £9 and if you would like to subscribe to the advance list please send a cheque for £10.50p (£9 and £1.50p for p&p) together with the address to which you wish the book to be despatched on the day of publication. Please also note that anyone who subscribes to the advance list will have the opportunity of having their name listed in the book to recognise their support and concern for the issues I am raising, obviously this is an optional extra as many individuals who have supported me are currently working in the NHS and have expressly said that the fear the consequences of having their support for me made public. Inclusion of names in the book will only be made if expressly requested. The proposed publication date is currently the spring of 2006.
