Court of Appeal Hearing 14th January 2005
The Court of Appeal have indicated that the Appeal Hearing ordered by the Lord's Justices Mummery and Neuberger will take place at the High Court in the Strand on either the 12th or 13th of May 2005. The case has been set down for a full days hearing and twenty-four hours notice will be given of exactly which day on which the case will be heard. The hearing will take place in public so all are welcome if they are interested in attending. On the 11th May I was informed that a Lord Justice had withdrawn my case from the Appeal Court List to allow another case to be heard. On the 13th May I was informed that my case has been re-listed to be heard on the 28th July 2005 and that the three Appeal Court Judges allocated to hear my case are Lord's Thorpe, Wall & Black.
