Thank you for your further email of 31 March.
Whilst I note the contents, it does not appear to me that it raises
anything further which necessitates a response from me, over and above
issues which I have already addressed in my letters of 27 March and 6
February.
As I have now re-assured you on a number of occasions, I have asked John
Bacon to carefully consider the decision of the Employment Tribunal when it
is available and take appropriate action. Until that decision is
available, there seems to be little benefit in us rehearsing further in
correspondence, the issues we have already discussed.
